Observatory/Projector
Three sculptures made around overhead projectors that explored the relationship between a physical object/source and the light projection/abstraction that it creates. Models for structures included a ziggurat, and a spiral. Built from MDF, Balsa, Black LetraMax, Colored Transparencies, Model railroad trees, and fluorescent lights. Shown as part of New Art in Austin: 20 to Watch, Atlas, Box 13, and Art Crush.
